We will first discuss what is important to you, then have you do a little research to come up with the best plan to fit your needs and lifestyle.
There are a couple of ways to get your plans, but the first thing to do is search the internet to get some ideas of what works best. There are several sites that offer many home styles and plans to look at. When you go to one of these sites, it should allow you to filter many options. This will allow you to start narrowing your choices down, as you will start with thousands of options!
You can start narrowing by style, size, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Doing so should help you get your results down to the hundreds, which is much more manageable to start navigating through. Start scrolling and see what catches your eye.
Once you have the design aspects you like, you then have a couple of options of what to do next. You could hire an architect to draw them up for you, or you can use a graphing software on your computer to draw up your own plans. Another option would be to print them off and bring them to us. We can use the base ideas when we get them drawn up for you.
