Dave Hepler – President
Dave will be your first point of contact and will help you understand the building process, timelines, etc. He will also be there along the way as you build your home.
Dave has lived in Frederick County all of his life. He has been building homes in the Shenandoah Valley for since 1994. Dave has a vast knowledge of the area and how to properly build homes. Dave loves spending his free time traveling with his beautiful wife Judi and their lovely daughter and granddaughter.
Ron Fristoe - Foreman
Ron will oversee the day to day operations during the construction of your home and ensure quality, functionality, and timely completion.
Ron has been in the construction industry for over 50 years. He was the president of a large construction company in Northern Virginia that built condos, office buildings, single family homes, townhouses, and strip centers. Ron then went into business for himself, where he met Dave. After Ron gave retirement a try, he decided he didn’t enjoy it. Ready to go back to his passion for construction, he joined the Hepler Homes team and has been working with Dave ever since. Ron is married with 2 beautiful daughters and 4 amazing grandchildren. Ron’s hobbies involve old cars.
Amber Andrews – Administrative Assistant
Amber will be your main source of communication between the suppliers, installers, contractors, and workers through CoConstruct, your on-line Hepler Homes App.
Amber joined Hepler Homes in April 2023 as their Administrative Assistant. Amber has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. She knows better than anyone that attention to detail matters. Over the years she has learned the ins and outs of building, maintenance, repairs, and design. Through this process she developed skills to help turn mere ideas into reality. She not only oversaw remodeling, demolition, and new construction projects; but she was the lead sales and marketing associate for these projects as well.
Amber currently resides in Stephenson VA with her husband, son, and family pet; Ruger, the Chocolate Lab. When the work is complete Amber and her family enjoy having cookouts with friends and family. They also spend time in the summer months camping throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
