GETTING STARTED - YOUR PROJECT IS OUR PASSION

To get started, you will be meeting with Dave at Hepler Homes to discuss your dream home visions. Sometimes this means that you already have a floor plan or you have some general ideas as part of this early research stage. The best thing you can do before our meeting is prepare yourself to speak about what you are looking for and if you have photos of things you would like to see incorporated please bring them with you.

Some questions to ask yourself before this meeting and be prepared to discuss are:

Do you entertain others frequently?
Will you have enough storage space?
Do you work from home?
Do you need any special accommodations?
How long do you plan to live there?
Do you already have land or do you need to purchase?
Do you have a budget?
How much house can you afford?
Do you have a specific time line?
What are your expectations?
How involved do you hope to be on the project?

Design

We purchase floor plans from a variety of architects nationwide. We have an exciting portfolio that includes a diverse collection of homes ranging in size from 1630 SF to 3453 SF and up. As a new home builder I work closely with you to choose and modify home plans to suit your wants and needs.

Estimates

Once we have our home plan and we have decided what finishes and fixtures are important to you, I sit down and with all of this information and break down the building process to ensure we account for every piece of material and labor needed to build your new custom home.

Budget Management

In the estimating process, we will offer ways to assist in achieving a product that will meet your budget and exceed your expectations.

Selection of Product Details

We can assist you with selecting tile, paint colors and trim, as well give you excellent tips from the insider’s perspective.
